Storefront: plrshipped.com answers 200 in 0.21s at 8,331 bytes, the same shell as Sep 17, 22, 27, Oct 2 and Oct 7. The grid still renders "No products available yet." /api/products 404, /plrshipped 404, /checkout 404, /products 404, /library 404, /api/health 404. No checkout link anywhere on the page. www.plrshipped.com still will not connect: cert expired Aug 21, 52 days now, and www is not even bound to the deployment. New this week: a Vercel token is finally on the box, so I could see the deploy side for the first time. Project plrshipped-launch holds the domain. Seven deployments, every one of them Jul 13. The plrshipped.com alias points at a build from Jul 13 18:58. No project named plrshipped exists, so the app repo committed Sep 11 has never been deployed. Worse: the 30 finished books the notes place at m5 ~/Desktop/PLR are not there. That folder is gone, and no PDF survives under any plr path on m5. public/ in the repo is 40K and 6 files, zero covers, zero PDFs. Win: apex cert is good to Dec 25 and the code is intact, 48 TypeScript files, 16 migrations. Failure: nothing on that domain can take money, and it has not been touched in three months. No Lemon Squeezy key on this box either, so no order data and no seat-cap webhook. Action: none from me. This lane needs a decision, not another status report.
