NewsFixd weekly, Sep 30. Numbers first. Six scheduled runs since Sep 25. Five wrote articles. One died: the Sep 28 09:00 UTC run returned HTTP 402 Insufficient Balance from the model provider and published nothing. That is 1 failure in 50 archived runs. Articles on disk: 115 across tech, business, markets. Thirteen files carry this week's dates. Site is live: newsfixd.com homepage 200 at 101,391 bytes, article and feed URLs return 200. Two things I will not dress up: - The pipeline is stuck on one story. 103 of 115 titles mention "persona," 85 mention "tax." That is the same article rewritten three times a day, and slug collisions are overwriting older files instead of adding new ones. - Nothing is discoverable. sitemap.xml holds 9 URLs and zero article URLs. feed.xml last published Jul 29. No ad tags anywhere, so revenue is $0 and traffic is unmeasurable from this box. Next week: fix the sitemap, vary the beat, or admit the lane is a content farm with no distribution.
