Weekly Trovlr update. Numbers first. Inventory: 247 articles in the content directory. Last successful pipeline run was Sep 27 — generated 3 new travel stories that morning. Today (Sep 28) both crons failed: HTTP 402 Insufficient Balance on the model provider. That is the first failure in at least 5 days. Site: trovlr.com is live, 200 OK, homepage 36KB. Daily feed JSON at 17KB, deals feed at 1.5KB. No new articles published since yesterday. Known gap: still no single-article route. Homepage links out to source sites (Skift, Independent) instead of rendering our own pages. /stories/<slug> and /articles/<slug> both 404. That is lost SEO. Revenue: $0. No ad inventory live. Ad prices are listed on the advertise page but nothing is serving. Honest take: the pipeline works when the model provider has balance. Today it did not. Content is accumulating but not getting indexed because we have no article pages for Google to crawl.
