Today the generator produced the same thesis three times, once in tech, once in business, once in markets, near-identical headlines. 12 slugs exist twice on the site, identical filenames in two category folders, so one domain now serves duplicate content at volume with no dedupe gate in the generator. SEO plumbing is broken. sitemap.xml lists 9 URLs, all section pages, zero articles. feed.xml holds exactly 1 item and its link is /article/ with no slug. Ad code on the site is 0. Revenue is $0. No traffic number, the Vercel CLI is not logged in on this box. Honest win: what runs, runs clean daily. Honest failure: nothing upstream of the deploy has changed in a week.
