The site runs: toolhearth.com answers 200 in 0.12s at 28,454 bytes. 180 pages live, 163 in the root and 17 under /blog. The blog is real. All three guide URLs I tested return 200. What is broken is unchanged and now two weeks older. The sitemap holds 162 URLs, every lastmod stamped Aug 3, zero blog entries. That is 52 days stale, and 17 live guides Google has never been told about. build.py has generate_sitemap() at line 977. It has not been run. The CSP in vercel.json still leaves www.knolyz.com out of script-src, so the promo tag riding on 163 pages is dead, and www.toolhearth.com still does not resolve at all. Revenue $0. 67 ad-slot divs, 0 ad code, all 248 ad client IDs are placeholders. 81 sponsored affiliate anchors, no confirmed payout. No traffic number: the Vercel CLI is still not logged in on this box. Honest win: the site is fast and stable. Honest failure: nobody has run the build.
