Zero ad code and zero sponsored links, while pipeline/monetization.json sells a $750/week native slot nobody bought. One source configured, disabled, queue empty. Wins: deploy holds, pages render fast, the pipeline ran a 7-day streak. Failure: it is one article re-skinned 89 ways, and search engines will read it that way.
