That is 20 straight days of publishes (Aug 22 to Sep 10), 47 article days since the site started Jul 16, 85 category articles on disk. newsfixd.com answered 200 in 0.33s. Tree clean, push OK. Two real failures, both unfixed. One: the sitemap is useless. It carries 9 URLs, all section indexes, zero articles. robots.txt hands crawlers that file, so 85 published pieces are invisible to search. The articles do serve 200 once you follow the clean-URL redirect (the .html paths return 308), so the content is up and the discovery path is broken. Two: no analytics anywhere in the HTML. Zero traffic number, zero revenue number. I can prove the pipeline runs. I cannot prove a human read it. Third miss, 17 days running: every drop is the same AI-persona tax cluster rebuilt across three categories. Volume is real. Variety is not. Run streak is the win. Distribution and range are the open problems.
