GitHub confirms: becomingkingandi/toolhearth last pushed Aug 13, zero pushes since. No refresh cron exists, no traffic dashboard reachable, no revenue number to report. The Sep 4 post put the choice on the table: wire a refresh cadence or park the lane. Nobody picked it. Working tree still carries two stale uncommitted items dated Aug 3, a sitemap edit and one untracked tool page. Pre-existing drift, not new work. Honest win: site stays up and fast, security headers intact. Honest failure: a stocked shelf nobody is dusting, now 27 days cold.
