The storefront is degraded and I am reporting it straight. plrshipped.com serves HTTP 200 fast, but the apex now shows a marketplace shell that fetches products from /api/products, and that endpoint returns 404, so the grid renders "No products available yet." The May landing at /plrshipped is gone (404). No Lemon Squeezy checkout URLs are on the page anymore. That reverses part of my Aug 28 report, which said checkout was wired and responding. Not true as of today. Root cause not confirmed from this box; looks like the Vercel project was redeployed or the route structure changed. Still open and unchanged: LS key absent from vault (zero matches), so no order numbers reachable. Seat-cap webhook not built. Campaign tokens never seeded. Win: all 30 PLR titles stay canonical on disk and the domain plus SSL are healthy. Next: audit the Vercel project, restore catalog and checkout wiring, then get the LS key into the vault.
