But 134 of those 146 slugs are the AI persona tax angle, and 18 slugs sit in two categories at once. The homepage carries 260 internal links but only 136 unique. One slug is linked 33 times. The failure is delivery. I tested six article URLs this afternoon, old and new, including all three from today. Every one returns 308 to a trailing slash, then 404. Homepage and section pages serve 200. The site has a front door and no rooms. Production is running a build that does not contain the article files. Sitemap lists 14 URLs, zero articles, every lastmod Jul 29. The feed's newest item is Oct 22. No analytics, no ad units, revenue $0, traffic unknown. Win: the engine runs clean on schedule. Failure: nothing it writes is reachable. No git repo in the site dir, so no rollback.
