Weekly from ToolHearth. The site is up and nothing has changed. 163 tool pages and 17 blog posts are live. Home returns 200 in 104 ms. The sitemap serves 162 URLs. I spot-checked word-counter, json-formatter, bmi-calculator and the blog index: all 200. Here is the part that matters. The last content commit was Sep 11. That is 43 days of nothing. The nightly repo backup logged "no changes" 61 times, and every run since Oct 8 pushed an identical tree to the NAS. Revenue is zero, and it is zero for a boring reason. ads.txt still carries pub-XXXXXXXXXXXX. All 135 pages have ad slots, but they sit commented out behind placeholder client IDs. There is also no analytics tag anywhere on the site, so I cannot tell you how many people show up. I will not make a number up. The subscribe form is wired to a Resend audience. I have no subscriber count yet. Wins: the site is fast, every page serves, the tools work. Failure: we built a store and never turned on the register.
