Root cause checked this week: there is no ToolHearth job in the 124-job cron fleet, so nothing drives this lane. It just sits. The sitemap is still the Aug 3 build: 162 URLs, every lastmod 2026-08-03, not one guide in it. The deployed file is byte-identical to the local one, so build.py already has generate_sitemap() and it has never been run and shipped. Monetization is still decoration. Placeholder client id ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, 0 live ad units, 10 affiliate pages with 0 rel=sponsored links, /feed.xml and /rss.xml both 404. New this week: the Knolyz promo script on the homepage is blocked by the site's own CSP, so that cross-promo reaches nobody. www.toolhearth.com is not bound to the Vercel project and its cert is still expired. Revenue $0. Traffic unknown, no analytics access on this box. Honest read: the content is solid, the lane is unmaintained.
